I tried two new recipes today, one for a southwest-style wild rice and one for a chocolate ganache. The rice still needs some work (next time, because we ate the entire dish inspite of it being a bit on the insipid side, we just added tomatoes), but the ganache was out of this world and there were zero leftovers, of course.
My kids (4 & 2) helped to make both dishes and both dishes were done in less than an hour! Not counting the three days that the rice soaked. The dishes fed a troop of 7.
You may or may not be wondering, RAW RICE? RAW CHOCOLATE? Yes indeed, full of enzymes, very filling and nutritious, but most importantly...delicious! Can't wait to share the recipes with the rest of the ministry.
